Quick Resources
Welcome to Southland Catering’s Lunch Program! We provide fresh, nutritious meals daily for MCL students.
How to Order:
- Pre-order meals online by creating a parent account using the school code MTCAL2 to ensure service at the correct school.
- For questions or assistance, email us at southlandcatering@gmail.com.
Thank you for choosing Southland Catering!
To ensure a smooth school day and allow all students sufficient time to eat lunch, we cannot accept lunch drop-offs after 11:00 AM. This applies to all lunches, regardless of when students eat.
Drop-Off Instructions:
- Lunches must be placed on the cart outside Gate 3.
Health and Safety Guidelines:
- Staff cannot divide or portion food among students.
- Ensure your child’s lunch is packed and clearly labeled with their name.
- For delivered lunches, each student’s portion must be individually marked.
Late Lunch Policy:
- If a lunch is not dropped off by 11:00 AM, your child will receive an emergency lunch costing $10, billed to your account.
We enforce this policy to maintain a safe, structured, and caring environment. Late deliveries disrupt the schedule and reduce students’ eating time, and our staff is not equipped to manage them.
Thank you for your cooperation in supporting our students’ well-being.
Volunteer Hour Requirements:
- Each family with one or more children enrolled at Mt. Calvary (TK–8th Grade) must complete 20 volunteer hours per school year (August–May).
- Families receiving financial assistance are required to complete an additional 10 hours, totaling 30 hours.
- All volunteer hours must be logged in the Gradelink parent portal.
Thank you for your commitment to supporting our school community!
Tardy Policy:
- Students are considered tardy if they arrive after 8:00 AM. “On time” means being seated and ready to work by 8:00 AM.
- Tardy students must report to the school office to receive a late slip for their teacher.
- A $10 fee will be assessed for each tardy beyond three per quarter, due upon receipt.
- Persistent tardiness may be referred to the principal and escalated to the Board of Education for further action.
Thank you for helping us maintain a punctual and productive learning environment.
